Grande Masonry was chosen to work with Skanska USA Building for all masonry and cavity work on Simmons new Living & Learning Center comprising Student Housing, Recreation, and Fitness Center.

Project construction includes brick and stone veneer cavity wall construction, Grande will also install cavity air/vapor barriers, drainage, and flashing systems.

This large scale project is schedule to be complete in September 2026.
