Grande Masonry was selected to perform the full restoration of Rosecliff Mansion balustrade, roof systems, and exterior facade. Scope of work included replacement of terra cotta balustrade with cast stone replications. Other wok included full roof and flashing replacement, repointing of entire terra cotta facade, and cleaning structure. Additional work was performed on statues, fountains, and associated site elements.
