Grande Masonry is working in conjunction with Shawmut Design & Construction in performing a complete structural and aesthetic restoration  of BU’s iconic freshman dorm towers on Commonwealth Ave in Boston.

This intricate project is phased over 3 years and comprises a major overhaul of the exterior. Work includes restoration cleaning, repointing, retrofit anchoring of brick veneer, rebuilding of all corners, replacement of all reliving angles, and rebuilding of parapets.

Work has begun in earnest and will continue for most of the next 3 years.
