Chestnut Hill
Grande Masonry has completed work at St. Mary’s Hall at Boston College, having removed and installed over 15,000 trim stone pieces. This project was completed on time and on budget and represents Grande's largest and most intricate restoration to date.
Our work on this project has earned us the prestigious BAC Craft award for 2015 for Best Restoration/ Rehabilitation/ Maintenance Project awarded by the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftsworkers and is one of very few project awards given nationally each year.



CAMBRIDGE

Grande Masonry has completed all masonry, stone, and restoration work at Harvard University's Old Quincy House. This project is the first in a series of restoration projects at Harvard's River Houses.


Grande Masonry has completed a major concrete, brick, and stone restoration project at 130 Brookline St. in Cambridge MA. A former industrial building, this restoration has allowed for conversion to commercial office space.

Grande Masonry completed work on Phase 1 of masonry and stone restoration work at Novartis on Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge. Grande worked with Walsh Brothers Inc on brick and stone rebuilding and restoration of this historic former candy factory. Phase 2 is scheduled to begin in the spring of 2014.

BOSTON

Grande Masonry is nearing completion of our major restoration and reconstruction of the former Boston Gas building at 100 Arlington St. This project has included PCB abatement, limestone restoration and rebuilding, and replacement of all brick facades.

Grande Masonry has begun construction on the new Dudley Municipal center for the City of Boston. Work will entail CMU, intricate brick facades, and granite veneer walls.

PROVIDENCE

Grande Masonry has finished construction on Ruane Center for Humanities at Providence College. This project is a new collegiate gothic structure consisting of intricate brick details with extensive cast stone trim. Project has been completed on time and on budget.

WASHINGTON DC

Grande Masonry has been awarded two BAC Craft Awards for 2015. The BAC Craft awards are national craft awards given for outstanding masonry work by BAC Craftsmen and Contractors. Grande Masonry is the recipient of two of these national awards.
